ScootCrate UK ships out with a delivery estimate being set between the 21st and 29th of any given month. Please allow 2 - 8 days for UK shipping.
ScootCrate now supports shipping to Europe! There will be an additional cost depending on your ScootCrate option and we ask you to allow 2 - 10 days for delivery.
USA and Canada Shipping
Shipping to the United States and Canada is now available! Shipping to each territory currently costs £10.99 per ScootCrate, and we ask that you allow 5 - 12 days for delivery.
In the rare event an item comes damaged, please contact us and we'd be happy to resolve your request. Validity of a damaged item will be at the discretion of the support agent and we require a photo of the damaged item with your submission to expedite a resolution. Damage to product packaging and ScootCrate boxes do not qualify for a replacement. Certain items are not eligible for warranty due to the substantial discount received by purchasing them through ScootCrate. Some items are not eligible for warranty due the items being unique and normally unavailable for general purchase. Returns outside of the UK are unavailable.
Due to inventory changes, any issues must be reported within 30 days of receiving your shipment notification. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your replacement to ship once confirmed by the support agent. Once it is processed, you will receive an email with new tracking information.
